What works best for me is fresh air and a walk, and yoga; postures like child’s pose and legs up the wall are great asanas during PMS, and for me, avoiding backends!

Nutritious Breakfast

Start your day right with a nutritious breakfast rich in high-quality protein to stabilize blood sugar levels and support hormone balance. I always thought fasting was a better option for me, however, I’ve come to find that having a nutritious meal that includes eggs is best for me!
